<< Objectives >>The objectives of the project are to empower NGOs & adult educators by enhancing their capabilities to engage citizens effectively in impactful citizen journalism; to produce & spread innovative educational materials & tools, grounded in adult & transformative learning theories; to equip individuals with the vital skills for the responsible use of participatory media & support organizations unlock the potential of their beneficiaries as multipliers of their messages, mission & calls to action.<< Implementation >>WP1: Management & CoordinationWP2: Development of a model training program for citizen journalists consisting of Lesson Plans for 3 Modules & an accompanying Card BoxWP3: LTTA1 for trainers (piloting of WP2) & LTTA2 for advanced training of adult learners who excelled in the competitionWP4: Local piloting workshops with adult learners & international competition for aspiring CJsWP5: Multiplier events for local NGOs & adult educators; Online seminars for NGOs & adult educators across Europe<< Results >>The SUPERHEROES project will produce a model training program and experiment with sustained engagement techniques to help NGOs & other civil society actors harness the storytelling & advocacy power of their beneficiaries & target groups, to amplify organizations' visibility & credibility and, ultimately, enhance their impact on the community they serve.
