</script><< Background >>The Digi-CCI project was created by our needs analysis that youth workers in creative sectors struggle to keep up with digital transformation processes. After Covid-19, the effective use of digital tools and technologies in youth work has become a necessity, but many youth workers do not have sufficient knowledge and skills in this field. Therefore, there is a need for an inclusive, innovative and accessible capacity building for youth workers with limited or no digital competences. The project is designed to respond directly to this need.<< Objectives >>With our project, we aimed to improve the digital skills of youth workers working in creative fields, enabling them to work with young people in more effective and up-to-date ways. At the same time, we wanted to improve the overall quality of youth work, develop non-formal education-based digital tools and create a wider impact across Europe by making these tools openly available. In this direction, our main objectives were to strengthen the trainer and facilitator roles of the participants, equip them with innovative digital content and increase the institutional capacity of the participating organizations.<< Implementation >>The project produced three main outputs: Digi-CCI Training Program developed in two versions: face-to-face (48 hours) and online (16 hours), Digi-CCI Toolbox with digital tools and good practices specific to creative fields, and an open access online platform (www.digicci.com) hosting all content. An international face-to-face pilot training in Norway and a digital training process for the online module were successfully conducted. Each partner also organized a dissemination event in their country, reaching at least 75 people in total. All activities were implemented on time and in line with the planned work packages.<< Results >>At the end of the project, the following concrete outputs were achieved: 1) Digi-CCI Training Program with modular, hands-on and up-to-date content, 2) Digi-CCI Toolbox with 10 new digital tools and 10 best practices, 3) Online platform www.digicci.com with a certification system where all content is available. 15 youth workers participated face-to-face and 30 people participated in the online training program. While the participants improved their digital skills, the partner organizations increased their capacities through mutual knowledge transfer during the project. Thanks to the dissemination activities and the open access platform, the impact of the project has expanded across Europe and sustainability has been ensured.
