</script><< Background >>In Slovakia, more than 44% of the total population lives in rural areas. However, women are more and more often just the owners of farms or businesses, so it is absolutely appropriate to address the specificity of womenbusiness, especially in rural areas. Even now, the European Union places great emphasis on emphasizing the role and importance of women in rural areas by introducing activities aimed at bringing them together. Women often do not make full use of the existing possibilities of obtaining EU funds due to socio-cultural and psychological barriers. Therefore against itIt is a phenomenon in Slovakia that women can now join in various women's associations. And that's also why we decided to implement the WOBIS project. Due to urgent needstarget groups in partner countries. That is, due to the high marginalization of rural areas and the low level of entrepreneurial skills of women in rural areas, because often women in rural areas are excluded from business. Even if they would like to learn how to implement some new business, there are manysocial and knowledge barriers.<< Objectives >>The project has a strategic impact on the future of women-led businesses in rural areas by increasing the knowledge of entrepreneurship among members of women's organizations in rural areas. The main goal of the project is to improve the skills and competences of members of rural women's associations by implementing interactive courses corresponding to the educational needs of the project's target group. Maintaining the achieved results and the training platform is also an important part of the project's sustainability strategy. The interactive model will be implemented not only as useful, but also extensible by adding case studies and best practices. The case studies are not only supplementary material, but also an example of the possibility for new beneficiaries to implement the idea in another region of Europe. In line with this strategy for smart rural planning, existing problems of the digital divide can also be overcome. In addition to the group of promoters and directly involved networks, associations, training centers, universities and lifelong learning providers are also interested in the possibility of using online courses.<< Implementation >>Project WOBIS has started on 01.05.2023. We have started from an Kick-off meeting in Nitra at the very beginning of the project with the participation of all partners instead partner from Spain. This meeting was crucial for the entire project because we have set/ confirmed all work plans, we made a division of the tasks, we set important deadlines, we have set the management platform (MS Teams) - The virtual collaboration environment. MS Teams is a professional management platform and allows to store various content but also for internal communication, which is realized by this tool. and we agreed on the quality and dissemination issues. At the very beginning of the project lifetime we identified regions, where our activities will be focused and the needs of these regions:- Slovakia region - Slovakia- Małopolska region, Poland- Monti Dauni, Italy- Šibensko-kninska županija-Croatia- Zlínsky kraj, Záhorovice - Czech Republic-Andalucia, Cadiz- SpainUnfortunately, the duration of our project was ultimately affected by unexpected events, due to which we had to end such a beneficial and good project early. It means that during the monitored period we completed IO1 Specific curriculum elaborated especially for the training and for the target group and training methodology. GrowthCoop developed a Training methodology, VUS prepared a template for a specific curriculum and training contents. We actively used these tools in the creation, direction and for the further activities of other project. This documents are the main documents that systemize the work and set standards for WOBIS project. At the beginning of the project, the first design of the project website has been developed - https://www.wobis2022.eu by the partner from Croatia The website serves as a first information point for all people interested. As the project targets stakeholders in rural areas, which prefer Facebook as a social media, we have created also the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100086905322884 and all partners regularly contribute to its content. Also of the partners were posting information about project on their Facebook and website pagesWe also continued our work and developed all IO2 modules – that is, 8 Specialized training contents with deep testing phase to obtain highest quality were prepared. This modules deliver necessary knowledge for project beneficiaries, target groups, stakeholders and other interested groups. The content is prepared in the relevant level and are prepared in in the way which will allow implementing directly elaborated material in the virtual environment. All the modules are prepared to reflect the needs of women in rural areas and to gain knowledge and improve their skills. The first 4 modules specialize in the personal development of women and the next 4 modules deal with social life. The modules are prepared professionally, comprehensibly and interactively. All 8 modules have been developed in English and translated into national languages:Block 1: • Module 1: Self-esteem;• Module 2: Interpersonal communication; • Module 3: Assertiveness and expressing your needs and coping with stress and othersemotions; • Module 4: Organizing own time and planning for the future as well as creative and independent thinking andproblem solving;Block 2:• Module 1: Entrepreneurship in rural areas - current challenges; • Module 2: Sources of obtaining and financing investments in rural areas (financial planning and financial analysis);• Module 3: Creative entrepreneur (modern promotion instruments, creative problem solving, an innovative element of building a position in society);• Module 4: Building relationships; The materials will be designed in an attractive and usable way and integratedinto the dedicated e-learning platform.Edu consulting, partner responsible for dissemination and communication, developed the Dissemination Plan and coordinated the dissemination activities.
