<< Objectives >>EntreAdu aims to develop the competencies of educators working with low skilled adults with migrant backgrounds to develop entrepreneurial thinking grounded on Entrecomp(EC,2016).To achieve this aim,three project results will enhance the abilities of adult educators to monitor their readiness on entrepreneurship relevant for the labour market by promoting learning and teaching partnerships with commercial and non-commercial organisations in the private sector.<< Implementation >>EntreAdu will implement several activities and events to develop three project results to realise the project objective.Mainly preliminary research,instructional design,technical development and content as well as the evaluation and translation will be the core activities that will be carried out in the project lifetime.Also three project meetings will support the activities with the dissemination conferences for 150 participants in the partner countries.<< Results >>EntreAdu will develop three project resultsR 1:A framework on entrepreneurship grounded on Entrecomp(EC,2016) to figure out how to establish a new model of social entrepreneurship education framework that can be used by migrants on a European level. R2:A Self Assessment and Recommendation tool to help adult educators to have an overview of their competencies.R3:An Open Online Course to enhance adult educators' competencies to develop their own teaching competencies.
