<< Objectives >>Girls Self-ESTEAM aims to empower young girls and teachers in ESTEAM by providing the necessary tools and resources to improve their skills and knowledge in these fields, to encourage and support their participation, and to increase their confidence and motivation to pursue and succeed in ESTEAM careers. This will not only benefit individual young girls but also contribute to a more diverse and inclusive workforce reducing gender gap and driving innovation and economic growth. << Implementation >>Girls Self-ESTEAM will a) develop and disseminate ESTEAM educational materials; b) develop a virtual e-Museum of successful women in ESTEAM fields, featuring female role models and their achievements; b) organize Capacity Building Camps and Festival, where young girls, teachers, experts, role models and other stakeholders can participate in workshops, mentoring sessions, and hands-on activities building knowledge, skills and confidence in ESTEAM fields. << Results >>Girls Self-ESTEAM aims to enhance knowledge and skills of girls and teachers in ESTEAM fields, improved confidence, increased interest and motivation, and reduced gender stereotypes. The e-Museum will showcase the project results, while the developed curriculum and modules will be available for schools to use in the future. The project will also foster new partnerships and networks, contributing to the long-term sustainability of ESTEAM education.
