<< Objectives >>The general objective after 36 months is the design of a lifelong learning training on European social mediation through blended learning which is :- accessible and flexible thanks to an autonomous and individual learning path.- capable of meeting the needs of social mediation professionals- recognized and accredited at European level<< Implementation >>6 SCM for project management of pedagogical work teams which focus on the design, certification and implementation of ArlekinPro training to strengthen the capacities of learners through educational support both virtual -MOOC- and physical learning for social mediators and trainers. The training includes 2 learning mobilities in European social mediation and a European immersion mobility based on acquired experience.<< Results >>Ultimately, ArlekinPro seeks to participate in the construction of a life long learning pathway in social mediation on a European scale thanks to the experience of a first class of 15 learners and to the exchanges with the ecosystem of Vocational Education and Training during 5 national and 1 European seminars with at least 430 participants across the EU.
