</script><< Objectives >>We aim to empower teachers and school leaders to effectively integrate AI through a flexible, design thinking approach. The project fosters inclusive, future-ready classrooms, strengthens digital readiness, and addresses diverse learner needs. By piloting AI in makerspaces, language learning, and UDL-based activities, we develop sustainable, evidence-based models driving real educational innovation across participating schools and beyond.<< Implementation >>We will run design-based research cycles focusing on AI in makerspaces, language learning, and inclusive education. Partners co-develop an AI Guidebook and a GPT-based support tool. Teachers pilot activities, providing continuous feedback for refinement. Transnational workshops, online meetings, and local Professional Learning Communities ensure active collaboration, practical testing, and wide-scale dissemination.<< Results >>The project delivers a comprehensive AI Guidebook with structured AI adoption strategies, a GPT-powered AI support tool to assist schools, and validated AI strategies tested in real-world pilots. It provides municipal and national policy recommendations to influence AI adoption at a systemic level. The project ensures a sustainable framework for AI in education, making AI integration scalable and adaptable across Europe.
