<< Objectives >>Project objectives are:OS1: To improve the knowledge, competences and skills of educators on how outdoor experiences can foster the social integration and empowerment of refugee and migrant women (RMW);SO2: Promote the acquisition of different skills by RMW, including language, digital, and green skillsSO3: Promote accessibility of educational and outdoor activities for migrant or refugee women<< Implementation >>The project will be implemented through 4 Work packages (WPs)WP1) Project managementWP2) Development and testing of the toolkit, which will include transnational training of educatorsWP3) Pilot Action: elaboration of the Local Natural Heritage Guide, developed by the refugee and migrant women benefiting from the training, in coordination with local stakeholdersWP4) Guidelines elaboration and follow-up<< Results >>The main project results are:R1: Toolkit for educators: will be aimed at developing educators' skills in empowerment, RMW integration and outdoor education.R2: Guide to local natural heritage: will be produced by refugee and migrant women though a pilot action during which the OUTforIN methodology will be tested.R3: Policy recommendations for designing/planning outdoor activities in an inclusive manner towards refugee and migrant women
