<< Objectives >>The aim of the project is to develop the skills of tutors working with young adults in exile. A digital space has been set up to support professionals and volunteers in their role as tutors working with these groups (migrants and refugees in particular). This space offers modular training for tutors and digital resources. It provides educational support to help people build their own inclusive pathways.<< Implementation >>Management, coordination and communication are the cross-cutting activities; the main specific activities are : 1/ A field survey identifying the needs of tutors supporting young adults in exile 2/ Designing a skills reference framework and training curricula 3/ The design of digital resources 4/ Setting up a digital space including training and resources 5/ Pedagogical support for tutors in training<< Results >>A functional, useful and effective digital space for the tutors taking the course and for the users of the digital resources. At least 20 tutors will have completed the entire training course, with the award of an open badge recognising their skills. The digital space will be ready to evolve into a European platform open to tutors supporting young adults in exile; the platform will be run by a consortium of European partners.
