<< Objectives >>The project aims to enhance youth workers’ competencies in sustainability education, foster cross-border cooperation, and promote youth engagement in environmental initiatives. Through a Study Visit, Good Practice Collection, and Dissemination Activities, the project will equip youth workers with practical tools, methodologies, and best practices to integrate sustainability into youth work, ensuring long-term impact, policy influence, and increased participation in sustainability-driven lives.<< Implementation >>The project includes Project Management for coordination and oversight, a Study Visit in Komotini where youth workers will engage in sustainability-focused workshops and hands-on activities, a Good Practice Collection to document and share best practices, and Dissemination Activities in Greece and the Czech Republic to ensure project results reach youth workers, educators, and stakeholders through events, social media, and Erasmus+ platforms for long-term impact.<< Results >>The project will produce a Good Practice Collection with sustainability-focused youth work methodologies, enhanced competencies for youth workers, and stronger cross-border cooperation between Greece and the Czech Republic. It will increase youth engagement in environmental initiatives, foster new partnerships, and ensure widespread dissemination through events, social media, and Erasmus+ platforms, making the project’s results accessible and replicable across Europe.
