<< Objectives >>By implementing the English Writing Skills Digital Support project our partnership will develop an innovative interactive English writing digital tool. This user-friendly open resource will support students in key English writing skills while promoting digital awareness and learner autonomy. This project is inclusive of all learners and learning styles and provides an engaging support that is both environmentally friendly and future proofed for current and emerging EU learning programmes.<< Implementation >>The key activities to be implemented are:Research and feedback on current student English writing needsPlanning and collaborative design of learning tasks for a digital platformTraining in the transfer of language and learning materials onto a digital platformSetting up focus groups and evaluations on version 1 of digital toolRedesign and development of version 2 digital tool with MedialabEvaluation of student engagement and feedbackSharing and promotion of digital resource tool<< Results >>The key project objective is to develop an innovative digital support for students in English writing skillsThe results of the project will be a user friendly open source digital support tool that has been designed and tested by both students and teachers of Ireland and the Netherlands.The results of the project will include an overview of how students have engaged with the tool and its impacts.The project results will also include the sharing of the resource across other digital platforms.
