<< Objectives >>By creating a digital platform that hosts the Nature-Based Integration Toolkit, not only project partners, but youth workers, and organisations across Europe will benefit from its resources when working with immigrant youth. This platform will provide access to practical methods and materials, allowing for a wider adoption of nature-based integration activities. We hope tha it will facilitate the use of nature therapy and other innovative approaches to support the integration of immigrant youth.<< Implementation >>The project will focus on several key activities to ensure the successful development and dissemination of the Nature-Based Integration Toolkit. A series of workshops will be held, where youth workers and facilitators will receive training on implementing these activities and they are developed and tested. The project will include a kick-off seminar to align partners and introduce the project, and a final dissemination seminar to present the toolkit and project results to a broader audience.<< Results >>The project will achieve several important results. The Nature-Based Integration Toolkit will provide youth workers with practical methods to support the integration of immigrant youth. Workshops will train youth workers and facilitators in applying these methods.
