<< Objectives >>Tides of Learning aims to train 24 young facilitators (NEETs and disadvantaged youth) in France and Hungary to lead participatory Fresk workshops on sustainability, diversity, and democracy. By integrating these trained facilitators into Fluctuations festival events, the project fosters youth empowerment, social inclusion, and accessible education while adapting Fresks to festival environments to reach a diverse audience.<< Implementation >>The project includes training sessions in France and Hungary, where 24 young adults will develop facilitation skills. These facilitators will then implement 24 Fresk sessions (12 in Paris, 12 in Budapest) at Fluctuations events, engaging 240+ festival participants. Additional activities include cross-border facilitator exchanges, ongoing mentoring, and impact assessments through feedback surveys and follow-ups.<< Results >>The project will result in 24 trained facilitators, 240+ engaged festival participants, and the adaptation of Fresk formats for cultural events. It will strengthen youth inclusion in knowledge-sharing, create a replicable model for festival-based education, and contribute to long-term skill-building and engagement for young NEETs. Findings will be shared with Fresk networks, Erasmus+ platforms, and cultural partners to ensure broader impact.
