ALLIANCES aims to the creation of Offices for Projects and International Cooperation in beneficiary VET schools in Kosovo and Albania. This will allow us to utilize at a full scalle the tools and training material for mobility managers that have been developed under the framework of previous pilot projects, where parnters of our project have been involved. Within this context, the project answers to the necessity to support mobilities through institutional building activities, allowing mobility managers to operate in a structured environment that will allow them to fully deploy their potentials. We also achieve to overcome challenges of disproportional development between Kosovo and Albania, allowing both countries to participate in mobilities in an equal way. Within this context, we are aiming to achieve higher capacity and efficiency in planning and implementing mobilities through the establishment of the International Offices in VET Schools, establishing a systemic and sustainable internationalization framework in Western Balkans for VET Institutions in lined with the European and International Standards. The project structure consists of 5 WPs: 2 horizontal (WP1 – PM and WP5-Dissemination ) and 3 operational, including WP2 where we focus on paving the ground for the establishment of Internationalization offices, through an state of play analysis, focusing on current relevant projects and their deliverables and analyzing the existing legal framework and WP3, where we develop user friendly e-learning material for mobility managers and staff that will operate the Internationalization offices.we operate the Internationalization offices in WP4, offering opportunities for mobilities. In specific we deploy the Internationalizaion offices in Task 4.1, while we establish and operate a monitoring on the job support processes in Task 4.2, resulting to transferability in Task 4.3.
