"<< Background >>Our aim was to share practices in the way our organisations work with our coworkers with mental handicaps. Our organisations seem to be quite unique in our own regions and by cooperating with more or less similar organisations in Denmark and Belgium, we hoped to learn a lot ánd to realise real events together.<< Objectives >>Learn about ways to organise the employment, guidance and coaching of people with mental problems in hospitality.<< Implementation >>We realised the ""welcome"" events in The Netherlands and in Denmark as stepping (after the third welcome event in Belgium) stones towards the real organisation of international/intercultural events in our three countries.<< Results >>We were indeed introduced in the hospitality culture in The Netherlands and in Denmark. We already learned a lot about alternative ways to organise and to focus."
