Description

"“Check-in Europe"" is a project, aims to increase the role of youth ""Euro-Clubs"" in the EEAP countries and foster their contribution in promoting European values and the idea of European integration among citizens especially from rural areas, youth and civil society organizations. Also, to boost the involvement of governmental and non-governmental institutions in securing and supporting pro-European direction of the project countries. Different phases of the project will be implemented in Georgia, Armenia, Poland and Ukraine, during 15.08.2018 – 15.08.2019. To achieve the objective in the best possible way and in a time-efficient manner the project has been divided into 7 logical chains of activities.A1 – Project preparatory meeting in EuroClub(Georgia)A2 - Study Visit in Center for Euroinitiatives(Ukraine). During visit the staff members of the participant organizations will gain comprehensive knowledge on how ""EuroClubs"" in Ukraine work in practice, will see and understand nuances of working with youth and share best practices in this area. A3 - Job Shadowing in POLSKA FUNDACJA IM. ROBERTA SCHUMANA (Poland). During the job shadowing staff members from promoter organizations will broaden their skills and knowledge of specific subjects relating to European Union, European Integration and learn about ""European Clubs’"" structure and activities in Poland. A4 - EVS program in EuroClub(Georgia). It will include 2 volunteers from Poland who will assist the staff of the ""Euro-Club"" in organizing information meetings with youth on the topics like the idea and functioning of ""Euro-Clubs"", European Values and European integration in general. Together with staff of the organization the volunteers will work on promoting “EuroClubs” in rural areas.A5 -YE ""Volunteer me up!"". Participants gather in Georgia and explore the idea of volunteering. The participants will see that through volunteering they can have a positive impact on the society they live in and pave the way for a better future. The project will motivate the young participants to be volunteers and provide incentives for them to become the ""ambassadors"" of European integration and advocates of European values in their own countries.A6 - TC ""Check-in Europe"" (Armenia)During the mobility participants will work on development of guideline “Check-in Europe” as a one of the main outcome from the project. In the frames of the project we will create road-map in order to fight against Russian propaganda in EEAP countries.7th phase - the final Conference in Georgia. It will evaluate the project outcomes which will be published through media and social network services. Presentation of guideline – “Check in Europe”The objectives of the project harmoniously merge with the general objectives of the Erasmus+ and Capacity Building in the Field of Youth 2018 in particular, in terms of building active and participative society, promoting common sense of European citizenship and identity."
