<< Objectives >>● Enable adult education (AE) providers to recognize and promote learners’ digital competences systematically through making the “DigComp” framework an INTEGRAL part of their work. ● Exchange experience on this between organizations transnationally.● Provide documentation (case studies, tools) of how DigComp can be FULLY INCORPORATED into the work of AE organisations; such documenation is very much at lack so far. ● Encourage other adult educators across Europe to do similar steps. << Implementation >>The project has 5 major steps: 1) Research on good practice of applying the DigComp framework in adult education holistically2) Development of curricula for workshops on how to use DigComp3) Staff trainings to enable adult educators to use DigComp in their educational planning and delivery 4) Transforming partner organizations’ mode or work so that for any learning opportunity citizens’ digital competences are precisely reflected5) Encourage others to do the same<< Results >>EFFECTS● Partners use DigComp as core element of their work● 180000 citizens p/a benefiting from better educational provisions ● Other organisations learn from our exampleTANGIBLES ● Book with examples of good practice ● 7 curricula for in-house staff training available for AE organizations● 280 educators trained to use DigComp ● Book with case studies on DigComp integration in 7 organizations ● Tool-kit for AE providers ● 1 big conference and 7 multiplier events for mainstreaming
