They will feel involved and responsible, which leads to a greater sense of purpose and involvement in society. Encouraging and supporting youth-led sustainability initiatives will provide them with leadership opportunities and a platform to voice their concerns and solutions. Also, their learned green skills can help them get a job in the green economy, thereby fostering inclusion.
