This approach aimed to concurrently foster the development of the region and enhance the travel experience. Theater and artistic performances, serving as tools for understanding and developing a territory, necessitated a co-creative collaboration with the tourism sector to generate a high-quality offering and contribute in a pro-social manner for the benefit of both the community and the tourist.<< Objectives >>Tourism and performing arts are fundamental sectors for their impact, not only on the economy and employment as a source of innovation, but to generate a positive social impact also in other areas such as inclusion, urban renewal and education. The objective was the consolidation between the parties to generate a value and quality touristic offer and to converge in an innovative way towards a single objective that sees together the territory development and travel experience.<< Implementation >>The project included 3 macro activities: - The project kick-off meeting was held in person to establish points, risks and interpersonal relationships. - Training in e-learning mode, so as to give as many people as possible the opportunity to participate even from European countries that are not project partners. - Transnational mobility. The workshop was held with the project participants. This action was taken after training to test the real skills acquired in the field.<< Results >>the results are: - creation of European partnerships - deepening of European priorities and objectives - achievement of cross-sectoral skills, both in the tourism and digital fields, which allow the opening of new professional growth opportunities that contribute, thanks to the co-working and co-creation formula, to the development of a tourism offer that protects the territory, generate development and guarantee experiential quality and knowledge to tourists.
