<< Objectives >>The OMIMOPM project aims to identify and reduce the gap in general project management skills for low- and medium-skilled work-aged adults, with special attention to visually impaired learners. The project does this by providing them with better access to continuous vocational education and training tailored to their profile. In doing so, it aims to reduce the project management skill shortage in the EU labor market and empower these learners to improve their job security & career opportunities.<< Implementation >>The project will develop tools to identify learners' personal project management skill gaps. Utilize this data to create adaptable training materials for cVET providers and self-study purposes. Empower cVET providers to train these skills effectively and issue micro-credentials. The project will also offer direct training opportunities for 600+ learners via project partners and form structural partnerships with representative organizations to disseminate the outputs to at least 3500 learners.<< Results >>The project will create a skill assessment tool to measure the project management skill gaps and 3 types of learning materials (for trainer-led and independent learning) tailored to the accessibility needs of the target audience. Finally, the project will create a micro-credential syllabus to facilitate project skill recognition in the labor market. These outputs will lead to improved access to cVET for the target audience and reduced project management skill shortage in the EU labor market.
