<< Objectives >>Our WOW-ME project aims to share innovative approaches for career guidance and training, including new digital tools, to empower women to enter the labor market, improve their employability, and create equal opportunities and access, especially for disadvantaged women and those with fewer opportunities. Through our online toolkit, we will enable trainers to empower female jobseekers in other regions and contexts as well, promoting diversity, inclusion, digital skills, and fairness across the EU.<< Implementation >>EA will lead Activity 1 which focuses on Transnational LTTAs and Activity 5 Project Management. Activity 2 is led by Norsensus and focuses on the development of toolkit materials. Activity 3 is led by Rovnovážka and focuses on national testing and trainings. Activity 4 is led by FutuReg and focuses on dissemination and evaluation. We maintain effective project management and cooperation through regular communication & meetings, well-defined roles, tasks, and deadlines, and leveraging strengths.<< Results >>Our toolkit will empower women’s employability with 4 key methods, including design thinking, digital competencies/AI, HR career coaching, and a narrative job application approach. We will develop comprehensive training materials, knowledge exchange reports, country-specific toolkits, and reports on training & testing activities. As a long-term result, we expect WOW-ME to help women not only in the participating countries but all over Europe, supporting higher gender equality in Europe.
