<< Objectives >>BEYOND wants to develop new working methods between operators of the youth sector and the entertainment world in order to promote the inclusion of young people from the justice system through the performing arts. The specific objectives are: to support the inclusion of young people coming from disadvantaged situations; to encourage the development of young people through music and theatre; to support the training of youth workers and professionals.<< Implementation >>The project includes transversal activities of management, communication, dissemination, monitoring and evaluation; training to share methodologies, techniques and intervention strategies; definition of common guidelines for the 3 countries; laboratories in Italy, Greece and Spain for the young people of the project; development, writing and recording of the intellectual products containing the methodologies of the project, and the documentary that will be reproduced in the final events of each<< Results >>For the partner associations: the systematisation of cross-sectoral methodologies and tools that reconcile the educational approach with performing arts.For youth workers and artists: the acquisition of skills for the realization of focused inclusion paths on the experimentation of the performing arts.For young people: the creation of a space for participation and identity, prospects for inclusion and personal growth.
