<< Objectives >>This project intends to develop a 27-hour/1 micro-credit in-service training course for teachers on how to think INCLUSION with unmotivated and marginalised students in academic lessons in VET through innovative practical lesson plans. The aim is to increase student motivation and inclusion in VET by teachers moving away from traditional lecturing towards an innovative student-active learning approach in all subjects. << Implementation >>1. Development of course materials in 9 languages (27 hours/1 microcredit)2. Testing course on a minimum of 300 students in 9 VET schools with 80 staff3. Do a train the trainers' course4. Conduct multiplier events in 9 countries to reach minimum of 500 people5. Two short-term teachers' training events with financing outside the project6. Develop an online GDPR-compliant self-assessment app for students7. Four transnational meetings and 12 online meetings8. Sharing of good practice<< Results >>1.
