"<< Objectives >>""STEAM Boosting Soft Skills"" highlights the importance of human (soft/transversal) skills and shows how interdisciplinarity between STEM subjects and 'A', creative/artistic activities can be the engine to develop them. We are in a phase of accelerating development of artificial intelligence: it will change the way people work, learn and communicate with each other. ""STEAM Bo.SS"" provides students with the soft skills to enter and stay in the labour market.<< Implementation >>""STEAM Bo.SS"", starting from an analysis of companies' needs in the soft/transversal area, will train teachers/trainers (with a specific MOOC, a Training camp, and further training events) on the use of the STEAM approach for the development of soft skills. Together with the companies, 4 pilot projects will then be organised for the students, who will then be involved in an online Hackathon with an evaluative imprint to verify the actual development of these skills.<< Results >>In the end, it is expected that the students' soft/transversal skills will be developed and their employability increased. The competences of trainers/teachers will be updated and aligned at European level, creating a multiplier effect on the European community. Collaboration between VET schools and companies will be promoted. Attention will be drawn to the importance of soft/transversal competences and the need to develop them in training and educational pathways."
