<< Background >>We applied for this project to address the need for high-quality educational materials in organic and biodynamic farming. Across Europe, there is a growing demand for sustainable farming practices, but training opportunities remain limited, especially in Central and Eastern European countries. Our goal was to improve the competences of adult learners, trainers, and farmers by providing accessible, well-structured learning resources.<< Objectives >>The project aimed to enhance the skills of farming professionals and new entrants by developing innovative training materials, facilitating knowledge transfer, and strengthening international collaboration in agroecological education. We sought to create modern educational resources that could be easily integrated into existing training programs.<< Implementation >>The project consortium implemented in WP1 the project management and coordination, intensive work on the project management and monitoring together with extensive dissemination of the project results and course fo the work. In WP2 we have impelmented continuous research of existing materials, needs of the target groups and also research of experts that would contribute to the content of the topic sheets, then we implemented elaboration phase in which the topic sheets were created, reviewed and proofread by the project team and associated experts, further on the topic sheets were simultaneously layoted in unified graphic design and also continuously translated into national languages, in the meaintime numerous testing events were taking place to test the topic sheets form with the focus groups of trainers and trainees in the end the topics sheets were finalized in all national languages and used as a base for the train the trainer event. In WP3 the topics of the topics sheets were translated into visual language, videos on each topic was created, filmed, reviewed and finalized in all project languages, tested during testing events and used during last train the trainer event. Then they were all displayed on partners online channels<< Results >>We developed and tested 15 thematic educational sheets and 15 training videos, covering key topics in organic farming. We have developed also trainer´s guide that helps trainers to improve their skills and practice of orgnaic farming trainings. We also organized train-the-trainer sessions to support educators in using these materials effectively. The project included pilot workshops, feedback sessions, and dissemination activities to ensure the sustainability and long-term impact of the resources.The project successfully delivered comprehensive training materials that are now being used in educational programs across partner countries. Over 300 participants engaged with our workshops and resources, and the materials have been integrated into partner organizations' curricula. The outputs are publicly available online, ensuring continued access and impact beyond the project’s duration.
