The concept of the project involves a deep study and mastery of the essence of European standards of good governance through the prism of the accumulated experience of countries that have gone through a certain path from the post-communist past to membership in the European Union. The implementation of the values of European democratic culture and intercultural dialogue is one of the priority goals of Ukrainian society. Achieving these goals as best as possible is through interaction with partners who have already become part of the EU enlargement process and have experience of inclusion in the institutional architecture of the European Union. Partners from Slovakia, Poland, Latvia, on the basis of their own practice of EU accession negotiations and further practical steps, will be able to become high-quality advisors on EU accession, understanding of mechanisms, methods and practices of decision-making and application of standardized monitoring tools in the EU.
