[ES] La corrosión interna de los envases de hojalata en conservas de pescados y moluscos, como se demostró en trabajos anteriores (LÓPEZ-BENITO, GALLARDO y GIL, 1973; LÓPEZ-BENITO, GALLARDO y NAVARRETE, 1973), es un defecto habitual en este tipo de preparaciones. Ello conduce a una merma de calidad del producto comercial debido al mal aspecto que presenta el envase a su apertura, a la vez que a un incremento en el contenido en estaño de los alimentos conservados, que en algunos casos podría alcanzar niveles perjudiciales. [...] En este trabajo se hace un estudio del contenido en estaño en cuarenta y una muestras de conservas de mejillones en escabeche -envases OL-120-, adquiridas en el mercado. [...]
