Abstract

Esta obra aúna un conjunto de artículos en los que el profesor Marcos Casquero aborda el tema del legado de Roma en la Edad Media. Como apunta en el prólogo Etelvina Fernández los nueve estudios que conforman este libro se pueden clasifi car en tres grandes bloques temáticos: el primero, que ella titula “La grandeza compartida y heredada”, trata de la herencia clásica en la Edad Media; el segundo está dedicado a la lírica medieval y el tercero a las “Pervivencias paganas en el occidente medieval”.
