Abstract

3D Model of a front-line dugout of the Spanish Republican Army in the municipality of Abánades (Guadalajara). The dugout was hewn in the bedrock around the end of 1938 and was used until the end of the war. An archaeological excavation was carried out in September 2013 that yielded Republican coins, reused tin cans, a stonemason's mallet, a 75 mm artillery shell, a 50 mm mortar grenade and diverse ammunition.
