Abstract

Sovint es diu que la pesca és una activitat paleolítica, en el sentit que és una activitat de caça i recol·lecció, en què es recull el que ofereix la natura com qui cull bolets, cargols o espàrrecs. Però actualment la pesca no té res del paleolític, és una activitat econòmica molt potent que no es limita a l’autoconsum sinó que forma part d’una indústria i un comerç molt importants.
