Formulación farmacéutica con solubilidad y biodisponibilidad mejoradas

Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una formulación farmacéutica que comprende al menos un principio activo farmacéutico (API) de baja solubilidad en agua o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo en forma de partículas de un tamaño comprendido entre 1 y 800 nm, en donde dichas partículas se encuentran encapsuladas dentro de una gran micropartícula de un tamaño comprendido entre 1 y 100 μm formada por una matriz que comprende al menos un excipiente. Por tanto, el API se encuentra atrapado o encapsulado en las micropartículas de los excipientes. Esta formulación farmacéutica contiene el principio activo farmacéutico de solubilidad mejorada y, por consiguiente, de suprabiodisponibilidad.
