Demo: Federated Learning aplicado a imagen médica

Abstract

En esta demo se presenta un ejemplo completo de entrenamiento de un modelo de aprendizaje profundo bajo una arquitectura de aprendizaje federado. Se simulan tres clientes de dicha arquitectura y se lleva a cabo el entrenamiento distribuido desplegando un servidor en la plataforma AI4EOSC. Se lleva a cabo el entrenamiento paso a paso sobre un caso de uso de imágenes médicas, y se analizan los resultados obtenidos para los tres clientes simulados. Adicionalmente, se presenta como llevar a cabo este proceso requiriendo autenticación por parte de los clientes en el sistema con un sistema basado en tokens.
