Aprendizaje distribuido: ventajas y peligros

Abstract

En esta charla se explora el paso del aprendizaje automático clásico, centralizado, al aprendizaje distribuido. A continuación, se presenta y explora la arquitectura de aprendizaje federado, junto con distintos aspectos teóricos así como una evaluación de las ventajas, tipos, cuestiones adicionales de privacidad y posibles ataques que pueden sufrir. Finalmente se revisa el software disponible en abierto para aprendizaje federado y se concluye con la presentación de tres casos de uso de aplicación de esta técnica a tres dominios distintos.
