Abstract

Se repasa la legislación de derechos fundamentales relacionados con la ciencia, la necesidad de que el conocimiento sea abierto para que podamos estar en presencia de ciencia y su relación con la propiedad intelectual. Se relaciona lo anterior con los requisitos de la ciencia abierta y cuáles han de cumplirse para proteger el proceso dinámico en que la ciencia consiste.

Curso de verano UIMP organizado por la PTI Ciencia e Innovación Digital con el soporte del departamento de Postgrado del CSIC en la sede de Santander de la Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo. 26-28 de agosto del 2024, Santander, Cantabria.
