Abstract

Sólo se han considerado los miembros titulares de los tribunales. Se compara el porcentaje de mujeres en los tribunales de los años 2003 y 2004 con el de mujeres en las respectivas escalas y áreas en el año 2003. Se puede ver una mejora en la participación de mujeres en los tribunales de promoción a Profesor de Investigación pero sigue siendo muy deficiente en los de Investigador Científico y de acceso a Científico Titular. Resulta especialmente llamativa la escasa participación de mujeres en los tribunales de Científico Titular considerando que en esa escala casi el 40% son mujeres. También son muy notables y significativas las diferencias entre áreas.
