Abstract

Este informe se ha realizado en el marco del proyecto “Mejora del conocimiento científico-técnico para la sostenibilidad de las pesquerías demersales del Mediterráneo occidental”, financiado por la Unión Europea – NextGenerationEU (Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia), con un convenio entre el Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación (MAPA) el Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científica, a través del Instituto Español de Oceanografía

Este estudio analiza en detalle el primer eslabón de la cadena de valor en la Comunitat Valenciana a partir de las notas de venta del año 2021 y complementa los análisis previos de primera venta realizados en Cataluña (Ortega y Coll, 2022) y Mallorca (Ortega et al., 2023)
