La gallina castellana negra

Abstract

Proyecto Recuperación y puesta en valor de la castellana negra como ponedora en sistemas avícolas alternativos y avicultura familiar. La castellana negra figura dentro del Catálogo Oficial de Razas de Ganado de España como raza aviar en peligro de extinción dentro del Real Decreto 2129/2008 por el que se establece el Programa nacional de conservación mejora y fomento de las razas ganaderas (Orden ARM/574/2010 de 4 de marzo por la que se modifica el anexo I del Real Decreto 2129/2008). Ganeca despliega una intensa labor de divulgación sobre la raza con la intención de convertirla en la raza de gallina que cualquier aficionado pueda tener en su corral su jardín de adosado o sus instalaciones ganaderas. Al final de la conferencia se sorteará entre todos los asistentes una docena de huevos de castellana negra.
