Ciencia en tu mesa: ¿sabes lo que comes?

Abstract

Taller que llevará a cabo la actividad ¿Una cesta de la compra consciente?. ¿Te resulta fácil llenar la cesta de la compra, o a veces te surgen dudas a la hora de escoger productos? ¿Te resulta difícil interpretar la información de las etiquetas? A pesar de la variedad de alimentos que encontramos en el supermercado, la tarea se complica al elegir el alimento más saludable y beneficioso para nuestra dieta, y que además se adapte a nuestro presupuesto. Esta actividad te ayudará a descifrar el etiquetado de estos alimentos para escoger lo que realmente quieres comer.
