Abstract

La Flota Oceanográfica Española está formada por diez buques que prestan servicio a las campañas del Plan Nacional de Investigación y diversos proyectos europeos. Organismos como el Instituto Español de Oceanografía y el CSIC entre otros, los utilizan para obtener del mar importantes datos científicos. Visitamos una de sus bases de operaciones en la Ría de Vigo. En la segunda parte hablamos de innovación en la construcción naval con Guillermo Freire, Director General de Freire Shipyard, una empresa con una larga trayectoria en la fabricación de barcos en Galicia
