Se observa un notable descenso en la talla media de la merluza, tanto en la División 1.4 como en la 1.5. Esta situación implica un claro rejuvenecimiento en las capturas de esta especie. La División 1.4 tradicionalmente ha soportado capturas con tallas medias superiores a los 35-40 cm. El descenso observado, unido al de la captura por unidad de esfuerzo, reflejan una clara situación de sobrepesca. [...]
