Abstract

[ES] El objetivo general del Proyecto de Investigación consiste en el reconocimiento detallado de la arquitectura sedimentaria y la estratigrafía del margen continental y cuenca del norte de la Península Antártica, con especial énfasis en la constribución de los procesos sedimentarios de origen glacial, de cara a la realización de una recontrucción paleoambiental al menos durante los últimos 20.000 años. [EN] The general objective of the Research Project consists ont the detailed knowledge of the sedimentary architecture and stratigraphy of the continental margin and basin north of the Antarctic Peninsula, with special enphasis on the contribution of sedimentary processes of glacial origin, in order to achieve a paleoenvironmental reconstruction at least for the last 20.000 years.
