Abstract

Es habitual que surjan controversias cuando se produce una nueva reforma de la PAC, y más aún si incluye cambios en el reparto de las ayudas directas. La polémica se ha agudizado con la entrada en vigor del RD 41/2021 de transición para el periodo 2021-2022, aprobado por el Gobierno para prorrogar la PAC hasta su definitiva aplicación en 2023.
