Abstract

Procedimiento para obtener la posición de adsorción, la masa y la rigidez de una partícula depositada sobre la superficie de un resonador a partir del cambio relativo en la frecuencia de resonancia de dicho resonador en 3 o 4 modos flexurales de vibración. La rigidez de las partículas resulta de gran interés en el estudio de células y otros compuestos biológicos que cambian de estado sin cambiar significativamente de masa. [ES]

A method for obtaining the absorption position, mass and rigidity of a particle deposited on the surface of a resonator based on the relative change in the resonance frequency of said resonator in 3 or 4 flexural vibration modes. The rigidity of the particles is of great interest in the study of cells and other biological compounds that change state without significantly changing the mass. [EN]
