Santiago Ramón y Cajal dedicó su vida a la ciencia y al estudio del sistema nervioso, pero más allá de la medicina, el Nobel tenía dos pasiones, la fotografía y el dibujo. “Aunque él quería ser artista su padre, médico de pueblo, le quiso quitar de la idea de la pintura desde muy pequeño”, cuenta Juan de Carlos responsable del Instituto Cajal de Madrid (CSIC) que alberga el tesoro del legado de Cajal. Una herencia del que parte se puede ver la exposición Santiago Ramón y Cajal, que alberga el Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (MNCN-CSIC).
