Abstract

Investigadores do "Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas" (CSIC) realizaram este trabalho com o objectivo de estudar o efeito da complementaÇao da dieta de ovelhas leiteiras com óleo de soja sobre o rendimento productivo dos animais e o perfil de ácidos gordos do leite, incluindo a composiÇao do ácido linoleico conjugado.

Este trabalho faz parte de un projecto do plano Nacional de I+D+i 2004-2007 do Ministério de EducaÇao en Ciência (AGL 2005-04760) e de um projecto da Comunidade Autónoma de Madrid (S.0505/AGR/000153).
