Abstract

¿Crees que la química es aburrida? ¡Detrás de los símbolos y cifras de la Tabla Periódica se esconde la historia misma de nuestra especie, un relato de sueños, crímenes y hazañas! En 2019 se celebra el Año Internacional de la Tabla Periódica y celebrando esa efeméride, a lo largo de esta charla os contaremos historias de ciencia en las que los protagonistas son conflictos bélicos, mortales venenos, dinero y riquezas. ¡Del aterrador fósforo blanco al “polvo para heredar”, pasando por el brillo incomparable del oro! Como en la mejor de las novelas...
