El botulismo aviar es una intoxicación frecuente en aves acuáticas de todo el mundo causada por una toxina bacteriana que prolifera durante los meses calurosos del año. En este díptico explicamos cómo se producen los brotes de botulismo en España, qué especies son las más afectadas y como pueden ser controlados o incluso prevenidos.
