En este trabajo se analiza el efecto de la adición de vinaza a la paja de cebada sobre la fermentación ruminal in vitro, la ingestión voluntaria y la evolución de peso vivo en ovejas adultas. La vinaza, gracias a su alto contenido en proteína bruta, se convierte en un complemento ideal para forrajes en nutrición de rumiantes.
