Valor nutritivo de la pulpa de remolacha en ovino

Abstract

La pulpa y las melazas son los verdaderos subproductos del procesado de la remolacha en la fabricación del azúcar. En la fermentación de estas últimas se obtiene un residuo denominado vinaza, con gran cantidad de proteínas y minerales. El objetivo de este artículo fue evaluar el efecto de la inclusión de vinaza en la pulpa de remolacha, materia prima utilizada de forma habitual en la ración de los rumiantes, sobre la cinética de degradación ruminal.
