Abstract

La capacidad de un agente de producir una neoplasia maligna o un cáncer se denomina carcinogénesis y mutagénesis a la capacidad de producir un efecto heredable en el material genético. En este módulo vamos a considerar los elementos de valoración de la inducción de mutagénesis, carcinogénesis, clasificación clínica y patológica de las neoplasias, epidemiológía del cáncer y la evaluación del riego cancerígeno y mutagénico de los productos químicos.
